Excel doenot contain xml mapping

Hi All,
Excel doesnot contain XML Mapping when importing data from excel using data migration tool in NAV 2009.Do any one have any idea about this problem why excel is giving me this error message.
When i am right clicking on the properties of the file ,The file Type is Microsoft Office Excel 97-2003 Worksheet.

    my best guess is that you did not use an Excelfile generated by the RIM toolkit, but a standard Excelpage with a similar layout. [-X

    When importing data using RIM, you should always first export the desired table(s) from form 8614 , using the Export To Excel option.
    Be sure to enable all colums you require using the Migration Fields option. In the process of exporting the data, NAV injects the XML-mapping in the Excelfile.

    After that, make all necessary modifications to your excelfile. Import using F8614 when you're done.
