User Access issue

My client wanted to implemented a certain access that allows certain users to creat, edit but not delete transaction entries.

Example: User ABC can only create and edit APVs but he is not allowed to delete APVs

At Administration->Setup->Security->User Group Permission, Permissions tab of user, I can only see these options:

No Access
View
Edit
Create
Full control

Where or how can I modify the user's access to fit the requirement?

    I think if u don't give user full access and edit permission this should solve ur issue.

    U can select only one among all the optins.

    So u give him the permission to create which in tern allows to edit the record.
