List View displays differently than underlying table

In Nav 5.0 for some reason our Completed Work Orders list view shows a status of "5" for all orders as opposed to "Closed". I checked the Table and Form for corresponding completed work order #'s and in both places they show as "closed". I also verified that the properties on the field have the appropriate drop down choices, none of which is "5".

Any idea why this might be displaying this way and any suggestions on how I might get it to display properly?
