Inconsistency

Hi,

Client is facing a problem while posting the inventory by Posting Group for a date filter applied. The error is for inconsistency in G/L entry table.

HOwever,For the same - If I choose an option of "Per Entry", it will post it easily and that too with balancing Debit and Credit accounts.

Please not following points for your considering the scenario.
1. Date filter is applied in Value entry field
2. Intransit account is used.

Can anybody throw some light on the root cause behind the system behaviour?

    Hi,

    the only check of consistency is in codeunit 12. If you have changed this codeunit -probably commented out the consistency check by a customization- your system can easily post inconsistent data. othervise it can not be done, as everithing is posted via table 81 and codeunit 12.

    So, pls. check for customizations.
