Missing Menu

Hi all,
I have a problem with the menus updating on my machine, using version 4 (SQL) i want to add sales and marketing to my menu, however even with the tick on, the menu still does not come in.permissions are fine (i have given myself the same permissions as someone else that can get the menu), i can remove and replace menus that i currently have.

i'm lost now, can anyone help?

    tried deleting an updating your zup file ? also are you part of a group login which doesn't have access to s&m

    Hi jannestig,
    i have deleted my zup file and no luck. not part of any group. also tried the refresh, tried logging on to other machine and still the same, so it's not a local setting.otehr users can see the menu , i have the same permissions as other people that can access the menu.

    Is the option to define the menu to be assigned to users being used? Unless you were added it would not be possible even with full pemissions.
