Approval Template in Approval Setup

Hi,
while doing an approval request on the Purchase Order form in Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2009,
I am getting a message that asked me to "Import Approval Template in Approval Setup".

Then on Administration - Application Setup - Document Approval - Approval Setup, I clicked on button Mail Templates - Approval mail template - Import.

My question is : which template should I import and where do I find it?
