Automation Server Microsoft Word Application

I am getting an error message when I try to instantiate MS WORD from CRM in Role Tailored Client. It works fine in the Classic Client.

The error message I get is " The Automation Server Microsoft Word Application is not Allowed to run on this client".

Has anyone ever come across this error before? Would appreciate any help.

    RTC asks whether it is allowed to open an automation on the client - sounds like you have answered no to that question.
    You could try to delete your PersonalizationStore.xml (this is where the info on which automation objects are stored).
