Integration with Employee table and Active Directory

I have a client who wants to link the Employee table (5200) with active directory so that when the HR dept. makes certain changes, those changes will automatically update the AD. All employees (3200 of them) have an active directory entry, yet not all of them have a company e-mail. Does anyone know of any automation that I could use to allow NAV to "talk" with the AD?

    I wanted to suggest ado and use sql to update AD, but it looks like there are issues with updating.
    I suggest to look into Active directory services.
