GDPDU german tax

Hi All,
for our German subsidiary, I've been asked to send some datafiles to the tax authority.
A general name for this data-extract has been called GDPDU, and it would create 6 txt files (2 per Account, customer and vendor) as well as some index.xml and some dtd files.
This is probably some German Standard navision modification, but as we work with a Be-version, I need these objects only. Can any one provide me more info on this or even send the objects as I don't have a german database to search myself and have no access to partnersite.
Many thx. in advance.

take a look to http://www.msdynamics.de/viewforum.php?f=15 (DE = DEUTSCH / GERMAN)
also you can ask your partner. The GDPDU Objects and the DEAddonDB are downloadable on partnersource.Do you make it right, it works too!0 -
Great!
I have no access to partner site, as I'm a customer...on Customer source I found a recent update (22/05/09).
Is there any manual on the GDPDU, as I see many additional tables for setup...
Hope you can guide me through.
I must say that the IT people of the German TAX departement were very friendly and knew about the standard feature in Navision. The only problem we had, was that he didn't speak English, but we managed with my german skills.0 -
search the web for GDPDU Navision Whitepaper ;-)
http://www.ctm-computer.de/ctm/newslett ... _GDPdU.pdf
Don't forgett, it's a german Whitepaper.....Do you make it right, it works too!0 -
OK, the setup is done...I can run the report ExportGDPDU but need to determine the DTD Filename.
What is this file? It keeps saying it doesn't exist, so I presume it is something I have to have already? Or download somewhere?0 -
in the whitepaper it says the file "ist bei audicon erhältlich", what i don't understand. What is Audicon?0

OK forget last 2 remarks : You need to create a dummy dpd file, put it somewhere and select it...must be a bug when typing manually?
Found it on the http://www.msdynamics.de/0 -
I'm to lazy to translate this:Die Firma Audicon GmbH (www.audicon.net ) vertreibt dieses Programm als Distributor in Deutschland.
Der aktuelle Beschreibungsstandard stammt vom 01.08.2002 und kann im Internet angefordert werden unter der Adresse http://www.audicon.net und
http://www.audicon.net/products/aistaxa ... /index.php.
Follow the URLDo you make it right, it works too!0 -
for an translation use http://translate.google.com/#
also search for GDPDU in the german NAV forum (link in the first post)

OK, it seems to work now.
The Dtd file can be downloaded from the audicon site :
http://www.audicon.net/downloads/dokume ... /index.php
In the middle somewhere you see the GDPDU beschreibungsstandard, in there you have the necessary files.
Many thanks Garak for your link.

No problem, please. And like MS said, it's not a bug, it's a feature :-)Do you make it right, it works too!0

Hi,
I am in the same situation of having to install the GDPdU functionality in a UK based Navision 3.10 system for their German branch.
I have the objects for Version 6 and have worked out some of the process.
Is there a manual or help text anywhere that describes the complete process?
Even in German is fine as I can probably translate it for my purposes.
I could get the translation tidied up from one of the German staff if needs be.
Will the V6 objects work with 3.1?
There appear to be some things that may be too advanced.
Thanks,
