G/L Balance by dimensions

I have not worked with this since we upgraded to 5.1.
When I open this form (G/L Balance by dimensions) from an account card, the matrix is blank. Show as lines = G/L Account nad Show as Column = Period.
Any ideas?

    Have you drilled Down on the blank lines and see which list it is trying to link to?

    YOu should check on the filter Tab as well to see if you have any restrictions, ITs most likely your GL account list is being blanked ( GL filter on filter tab) as the period amount won't show if there is no accounts to apply against

    If you go to Finanacial Management > General Ledger > analysis and reporting > Analysis by dimensions do you see anything there if you setup the view the same way ?

    Did you do a full upgrade or just a technical one.

    There are no filters. There are no account numbers even listed in the first coulmn.

    For the upgrade, it was a full upgrade, but done by a programmer whom has never done an upgrade before. There were many many problems after we went live.

    I did the analysis view in our 3.7 and created the same in this version (5.1) and I know I either missed something or this is another upgrade problem.
