Anybody has done upgrade 4.0 Sp1 to 2009 yet

We are doing our first upgrade from 4.0 Sp1 to 2009 if anybody knows any issue encountered in there experience please share here [-o< We are doing to classic version only no RTC.

    I suggest to wait for 2009 sp1 before doing upgrade. May I ask what is the reason for doing the upgrade?

    Hi,

    Yes we have done it for 2 sites to date to Nav 2009 Classic - no note worthy issues.

    If you were thinking of Nav 2009 RTC then definitely use the 2009 SP1 version as a number of improvements and fixes all around the RTC layer.

    Have tested conversion all the way from 3.70 to 6.0 Classic and did not encounter any problems. This was runtime conversions and not full object upgrades though.
