Auto Scheduler in NAV 5.0 - Not Triggered !!

Hi,

Using NAV 5.0,

for testing....
i hav set 'job que setup' is true
job que entries
type:CU
Run: <number>
earliest start dattime: <datetime>
Recurrence:
starting time:5:00 PM
....

there is no effect...in NAV 4.0 we can set "start" and "stop" schedule...here no tool like that...

how can i process, i want to run REport everyday by 6.00PM..how to set...???

Can you plz suggest...

Are you running NAS?
In NAS you set up ists start parameters so it will run the job queue.
The NAV job queue is new to version 5.

A few things to check:
1) is the NAS Startup Parameter set to JOBQUEUE and is the NAS Starting Correctly?
2) set a Earliest Start Date/Time a few minutes after the current date time and then click Reset Status on the Job Queue Entry Card

I've found that the Job Queue Entry sometimes needs to be reset so that it starts again. Once it runs the first time after the Reset the next Earliest Start Date/Time will be set according to the recurrence settings that are in the card.
