Sending email via Goldmine

Has anyone have any experience sending emails from Navision through the contact management software Goldmine? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am also interested in this issue. We use Goldmine 5, which we believe outperforms the Navision contact manager.
One solution for sending documents is to use pdf attachments - see the older postings on the topic (haven't tried it ourselves). Another idea is to send documents using Zetafax - we are in the middle of trying this out.
