Hello,
I am using Business Notification and see that also in standard XML exposed, for example, 8000 - Purchase Order, there i a
TagName TagType SourceType DataSource
MBS_Navision_URL Attribute Text <MBS_Navision_URL>
that inserted in the body message of template allows to receive a mail with a link to open directly the object in NAvision, for example, Purch. Order No. XXXX
My problem is that the link is disabled in the mail, as if it was a text and not an hyperlink.
Why? How can I solve?
It is possible to send the mail in format HTML ad not Text Format? How?
Thank you

I am afraid that the mail is automatically send as plain text. I requested HTML format in first version of BN but answer was that it is not planned (few years ago).0

If so, what is the aim to insert this link (present in standard XML Port) in the mail?
Isn't there any workaround to obtain this result?
Thank you0
