PDFCreator Security

I searched the threads and could not find this specific PDF security question answered. If you enable security on the PDF it requires a password to do anything to the PDF including view and print.

I would like to send secured PDF's to customers and only require a password if they attempt to modify or copy the document.

Opening, printing and view should NOT require a password.
