Export roles; Navision allow me to delete locked record!!!

Hi,

As you can see, I have a two questions:
1. I need to export roles from one destination to another(is it possible without making backup!?)
2. one client add item and fill emty fields(he is still on that record)....another client look in item list and see empty record. He switched into Item card and delete thet record, but the first client was still on that record!???? And the first client was notified that this record doesn't exist!!! Is this a bug or????

    1) Which DB you are using? MS SQL or Native (Navision) DB?

    2) Roles can be exported through some selfmade dataport or with Copy&Paste functionality. You need table User Role and Permission.

    The item record is created after filling the No. (click enter on the No. field or click into another field on empty record etc.). After that point, anyone can delete this record...
