Document Approval - Approval Mail Template - Import

HELP!! ](*,) Please.
I'm trying to set up Document Approval with email notification on a 5.01sp database and am having problems with the import of the Approval Mail Template. (I'm sure applies to the overdue template also). There is no documentation on setting templates up and I cannot find where MS supplies any templates for a starting point. I can create a htm file in Outlook, but is it that simple? Will NAV automatically know where and how to fill in email addresses, quote/order numbers, etc.? I don't think so. I've looked in Cronus, and this setup is not used and understandably so w/o a mail server available. I'm sure it's obvious to someone out there, but it's eluding me.
Thanks so much,
Karen

Hi Karen,
if you open a cronus database, go to administration > Application Setup > Document Approval > approval setup > click the mail template button to export the template. Go to your DB and import.
Below is the code as I wasn't able to attach it.
Good luck!
Marie
