Does Commerce Portal work with WinXP Pro?

I've installed WinXP Pro English Ver.
Commerce Server 2002
MS XML 4.0
MS SQL Server Devloper ver.
Navision Applicaion Server
Navision Database Server
MS Message Queue
(All the above programs are installed into a signle PC)

And I got the following error when trying to rung Commerce Portal on Web Broswer

Error Type:
Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3)
Invalid class string
/CommercePortal/Default.asp, line 9

I cannot go to the Commerce Business Desk either and the error msg is:

any experts here could give me a hand? Thx a lot!

    can you check if the mscsauth.dll exists in your "Commerce Server 2002" directory (under program files)?

    Wont work

    right out of the installation Guide of Commerce Server
    Note You can install Commerce Server 2002 Administrative Tools, the Business Desk, and Commerce Server 2002 Help on a computer running Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP
