Order tracking for emergency orders

Hi,
I am using Nav version 5.0 and I have all my item cards set to 'Tracking only'.
When I run a full regenerative plan, order tracking lines are created for all entries on the planning worksheet except those lines which are marked by the yellow caution icon as 'emergency orders'. For these lines, I get the message 'there are no order tracking lines for this entry'.
IMHO these are the lines where order tracking is most required because I need to track back to the affected sales order/production order to make the necessary changes to the plan.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Matt

Dear all,
I should have mentioned that we have installed SP1 (Nav 5.01) and we are using the Tectura Life Sciences add-on module.
As far as I know, this should not have any effect on the action messages or the order tracking functions, but thought I should mention it.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Has Anyone got an answer for Emergency orders? I'd like to know about that too :-)0

Bump. Just run into this problem in NAV 2016. Has anyone got an answer for no order tracking entries in emergency requisition lines (Requisition Worksheet -> Lines with "Emergency" warning icon)? Just thinking what is the supposed purpose for this? This is a very strange behavior, because as @MatthewRBritton said, emergency lines is where order tracking would be the most useful. Maybe someone already found any solution or workaround to this. Any help will be great!Nav.0
