Thank you for your reply.
I did see the link that you mentioned, but it doesn't tell me how to Automate sending the Fax without going through the wizard every time I need to fax a Sales Invoice. Can you help?0 -
From what I read it seems like nobody was able to accomplish that, and other methods were eventually used. Have you looked at the add-on product on the last link? Or is converting to pdf & faxing a suitable solution for you?0

I have looked at teh Add on product and they are asking too much for it.
Converting to pdf & faxing is a suitable solution for me. I know how to convert to PDF file but then how do i auto fax it?
Again. Thank you for your reply.0 -
What's wrong with Zetafax?David Singleton0

Thanks David;
I'll be looking at ZetaFax. Can I use only the ZetaFax or do I have to get ZetaDocs too?
Is there any other cheaper solutions?
Thanks for your reply0 -
What's your price range?
You have to look at it as a long term investment in your company.
If you fax alot everyday then the cost becomes less and less everytime it is used.
If you only fax once in a while then you need to determine is the price of the solution worth avoiding the wizard.
The world is moving towards pdf->email IMHO for speed, ease & savings. I don't know how many other cheaper solutions are out there.0 -
Well, we may end up using a fax software.
How is the pdf -> email works?
I know how to create a pdf document via bullzip printer and attach it to an email but can we fax the pdf document?
Thank you0 -
We use a combination of eDocPrinter (pdf) and Gfi Faxmaker

The pdf is send as email attachment to a faxware user account. A faxware server picks this up and fax the pdf, doc, etc.0 -
Thank you ajhvdb for your information.0
