How sending advises using "chat" form

Hello, on downloads section form this web there is an aplication to made a form chat type; it runs well and it's very useful; but you have to go to the form to see if you has any message. I'd like to know if anybody has tested if there is any way to send this messages as screen advise, in any screen from Navision that you stay, or how sending an advise that advise that you have a chat message.

    You would have to create a single instance CU that uses a timer and checks the table and if it finds any record for that user opens a message box.
