Problem in Mail shooting

Hi All,
I am geting the following error while sending the document for Approval request with Notification being true for all the requesta on Appoval Set-Up. I have Tried giving SMTP server but still the same error occured again.
Is this a set-up related problem or its an Problem related to installation.
ERROR--The SMTP mail system returned the following error:(0x80040211):The message could not be sent to the SMTP.The Transport error code was 0x800ccc15.The server response was not available.--
