4.0 Installation & Tool bar Icons

I have installed Navision 4.0 SP1 by copying the client sub-dir client from the cd. However when I start finsql it displays the old toolbar icons. Any idea how I can get it display the new?
Yes I know I should install it correctly from the CD but I have reasons for doing this.

When you run XP under windows classic mode, the old icons will appear. If you use the 'teletubbie' mode, the new icons will appear.0

is there a way to have you windows set to the classic theme but keep de xp styled icons in navision?0
