programming Navision - Help

Hi there i newbie i this world, i'm a IT Manager, but i want to start programming, and i want to start by Navision, because my company buy Navision and is implemented and working (sorry for my bad English).

I have Dynamics Nav 5.1 and the new Navision 2009 is very diferent from this old version, i want to start learning programming, bu i don't kown what kind of programming i need to learn to be a Navision Developer.
I think i need to start by the Language C#, and then .Net (because the new version of Navision 2009),
can someone help me please?

    Navision code is based on Visual Pascal. Delphi is also based on Pascal but I wouldn't bother learning Delphi. I would recommend going to customersource and doing the training. It's free for registered customers and should be good to get you started.
