Dear all:
I made a report include a tabulation. It can run and print right. But when I run it and save it as a HTML file, the data are all transported right except the vertical lines. The vertical lines are all disappear in the file.
I built the vertical lines with "Shape" or "Label" and they were all failing.

Do you have a question?"Real programmers don't comment their code.
If it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand."0 -
Dear eromein:
My problem is how to build a tabulation in a report and save it as a HTML file.
Thanks.0 -
Try and keep all your data in the same columns with the same widths, i.e. multiple dataitems and any header, body, footer information.
It won't be perfect, but it will be more readable.
Try and remove some header information (i.e. report name, date, user).

To ensure proper formatting when exporting a report to send via email or fax, the better approach is to use PDF format. We developed an add-on to automate this process - you can review information on the product at http://www.altusbusinesssolutions.com.Rob Hansen

Hi gedoll,
I think the easiest/manual way is you print your report to a file and use ADOBE PDF as your printer. Then you can open your file using Adobe Acrobat and save them as HTML files.
I have tried and it works fine.
But you can also use rdhansen's idea by using add-on.
hope this helps.
