Send To Excel Button - Format Of Cells

Hi,
I've noticed that when using the 'Send To Microsoft Excel' button on the toolbar in v5SP1, the resultant spreadsheet has all numeric columns formatted as text, so things like Autosum don't work which is a bit annoying. Is there anyway around this, other than trying to write another style sheet?
