Problem with Synchronize

Good day! I download VPC "Mobile_1_1_NAV50SP1_VPC" there is nothing on it influenced. I try check up Synchronize Device Emulator with NAV , replikation from NAV to Device is GOOD but with Device orders do not get in NAV. What can a problem be in? Thanks.

    Hello,

    The problem can be many things, so the first thing is to try to access the document service from internet explorer on your device using the address from the app.config, also send us the error log created when you try to submit. Then we should be able to tell you more about the problem

    well it depends on the configuration but usually it should be in a folder called Logs located in the application folder.
    Otherwise, open the app.config and search for type="Microsoft.Dynamics.Mobile.Framework.ILoggingService, Microsoft.Dynamics.Mobile.Framework" and look at the configuration. There should be an element: <logPath>Logs\</logPath>. If there isn't one, just add it inside the <configuration>.

    you can use the remote file viewer program to get the file on your pc or you could cradle the emulator using the device emulator manager.
