ADCS problem

Hi, I'm want to use ADCS on attain 370 server [W2k Server SP4], to use a wireless device, but the ADCS service no conect. When I try to connect with hyperterminal, the screen still blank.
No errors in event viewer, the company is correct.
If i no use start miniform a event is generated in event viewer so the connection works but the screen still blank.
Does anybody know why this occurs? Thanks
