how to calclate the service tax in service module

Can anyone guide me how to calculate the service tax in service module(Service Contracts) in nav 2009.
Like in earlier version we have this facility to calculate the service tax in service module.

    AFAIK service tax calculation is not available by default in Service module and the same needs to be customized. If you were having the same in earlier version then it will be a customization and you need to upgrade the database.

    Customization is the second alternative but thier is no other way to do that?

    :-k The other option can be MS India releases the feature in Indian localization but that can take a long time :mrgreen:
