MarkedOnly Function

Hi,

I have a query.The user needs to select some specific lines in the Purchase Lines part in the Purchase Order form and the selected purchase lines only needs to be further processed.For this we can use the 'MarkedOnly' function ..Is it possible for anyone to help me in this?

    what process you want to continue using those selected lines can u please elaborate
    You can use the filter based on some field (like qty. to receive<>0) or you can create new field & then filter on it.

    Hi,

    The problem is am not able to get the marked lines.If the line is marked then am checking the boolean field,here all the lines are getting selected even if i select a single line...

    Create a function and pass your record set as a parameter (check the VAR box). Then filter for marked records and process.

    EXAMPLE:
    YourFunction(Your_Record_Var);  // pass records to function

YourFunction(VAR ShipLines : Record "Sales Shipment Line") : 

ShipLines.MARKEDONLY(TRUE);
IF ShipLines.FINDSET(FALSE, FALSE) THEN
  REPEAT
    // your code here ....
  UNTIL ShipLines.NEXT = 0;
ShipLines.MARKEDONLY(FALSE);
