Commerce Server problem

It seems that my installation of CS 2002 isn't complete.
(CS 2002 Developer Edition)

I'm missing some dll's (important dll's) MSCSAuth.dll is one of them.

I uninstalled everything and installed everything again from scratch. Still the same.

The funny thing is i can't select a installation type during CS 2002 setup (custom, typical, complete).

Has anybody seen this problem before?

    OS type was incorrect (CS 2002 only installs administration tools on a windows 2000 professional)
