Blank navigation pane

Hi,

I'm using Navision for the first time. I created a new company and assigned a user with some limited roles (create sales order etc...). When I logged in as that user, the navigation pane is blank. Am using Navision 2009 with end user license.

Is it possible to customize Navigation pane for each role?

    You can assign users to functional areas by designing the menusuite from Object Designer. Right click on the functional area and go to assign users.

    The items that appear inside of each functional area depend on your permissions.

    I assigned the user 'Financial management' and 'Sales & Marketing' through 'Navigation pane Designer'. But still the navigation pane is blank when I log in as that user.

    Hi
    Yes you can modify as own requirement And give
    the permission to users at security level.
    Navigation plane designer will help you.
