Date Filter in RTC

Just want to know how to have Date Filter(Flow filter) in RTC??

    take gl/account for example: in the filtering section, click g/l account button(top left just under the ribbon), and then click limit totals to...
    a new section regarding usable flowfilters will appear.

    yes, we have it!and i think that this option appears on every page with at least one flowfilter!

    I am not able to find in chart of accounts screen any date filter option?
