Navision hang up when running on Citrix

We're using Navision 3.70 on Citrix, it works fine at most of the computers. But some computers are having trouble when trying to run navision, they just stopped at the navision's logo. I thought this is due to VGA driver, so I re-installed VGA driver on those computers, it worked on some computers. I don't know what to do again with those which still having trouble.
Any idea what should I do ?

    1) Disable using TimeZones on Citrix.
    2) Check user rights on navision client directory (users must have write permissions)

    We have the same problem on a customer's side. Did the proposed solution fix your problem?

    We tested it... :-) and it is working for our customer...

    This solution is based on hints from Microsoft and from foreign Navision knowledge base...
