Nav 2009 RTC in a single PC

Hi experts,
I want to install RTC in a single PC(OS-Windows Server 2003 SP2).I have installed SQL Server 2008,Navision Server and RTC .But when I going to open RTC I got the following error:
"The program could not create a connection to the Server"
What I have missed out?
Please help...

1) Check the event log for more error details
