Notification Flow In RTC Nav 2009

The problem i Am facing is that no matter from anywhere i make a note i am not able to find its entry in any of the table listed in base navision.simply guide me about the tables in which the notifications flow after we make one using any card i.e. customer,item,vendor etc.. in RTC 2009 I kindly request all you consultants to help me out...thanks in advance...
