2.60 Cannot log in the last user No. 17 of 17

We have a client running 2.60A who cannot log in the last user. I have replicated this on our server, and it appears that the system opens up two users initially, then one closes once the session is fully running.

Has anyone seen this before? know of a fix?

This has been discussed on this forum before.

1 session is used by the server, but it does not reflect on the user count.

If you're client has updated their license, they've probably only purchased 15 sessions.

I thought this might have been the case, but need to try and prove this to the client, I will see if I can find any old licences.

Just go to Partnersource (or Customersource) and show them the sessions they purchased.

You were right, it is quite clear in their licence file they only have 16 sessions.

If your client is current on the enhancement plan, they can upgrade their license. So if they bought 16 sessions, it will now display 18 (1 for server, 1 for NAS)
