How to Add/Modify the Navigation Pane in RTC (NAV 2009) ?

Hi,

Does any have any idea how to add/modify the navigation pane in RTC

    The navigation Pane is different for each Role. You need to configure the role and make the changes to the role, which then are stored for the client.

    Actually there are 3-4 ways of adding /modifying stuff in the navigation pane in RTC

    1. Using personalization/configuration as Rashed describes in previous post.

    You can configure through the dialogs in "Customize Navigation Pane" or you can use the "Add to Navigation Pane" (shown in the context menu on list places on the departments pages

    2. Design in object designer - menusuite 1010 :



    3. Add ActivityButtons to a RoleCenter (using Actiondesigner) - in this example page 9006 :



    4. Add a homepart with cuegroups to the rolecenter - in this example pagepart 9060 :



    (I'll do an entry on my blog to provide more detailed information on this topic - unless someone else allready has done so :wink: )
