Hi Experts,

I need few information on following Reports
a) Ages Account Payable Report - Is it based on Document date or due date or Posting date.
b) Is There any way to find Shipment/Receipt form for a particular item.

    My experience is with older Navision but I hope is relevant to newer.

    On the Aged A/P - under the options TAB you can choose Due Date, Transaction Date, or Document Date

    As far as "Is There any way to find Shipment/Receipt form for a particular item." - I'm not sure what you mean, but from the Item Card for any item you can view the Ledger Entries which would show all receipts, Sales, Transfers, etc. Then using the Document No. in the proper area, you can see the actual Document.
