On Navision v5 we are looking to use the Posted Sales Invoice Statistics to see how much Sales orders have cost us and what the profit was. We intend to do this on a Jet report in excel. Can anyone tell me where the Adjusted Cost (LCY) and Adjusted Profit (LCY) data is stored.

Hi Alan
Sorry these are calculated fields
The adjusted cost is calculated from codeunit cost calculation management
and the adjusted profit is calculated from the adjusted cost (look at the code in form 397).
If you do not use charge item then it's using the unit code (LCY) from the invoice lines.
Hope this helps0 -
Does this mean I cannot extract these figures? We originally thought it may be calculated as we could not find the fields in any tables. But the results appear instantaneously so we thought the record must be stored after original enquery and then retrieved in subsiquent requests.0

Hi Alan,
With the exception of charge items the calculations are looking a the Invoice lines for the document so the calc is quick. You will need to build the figures off the invoice line table.0 -
You can filter on the Document No. on the Value Entry table to figure out what your cost and profit for the items on the invoice. For G/L, Resource, etc, you can use the Unit Cost field on the sales invoice line.
Also, when you're calcuating your cost and profit, make sure you know which cost (true cost or accounting cost) you want to get:
