Parallel Routing line - I've a problem in certification

I have a problem with parallel routings.
I have created a routing with three operations:
- the first one (Operation nr. 10) is an operation for all items (all quantity of the production order)
- the second operation (and the last operation) is parallel (operation nr. 20 and 30)

When I try to certificate the routing, an error is display "Actual number of termination processes in route xxxx is 2. They should be 1".

In my case the production process has two parallel operations and no others operations are done after the two parallel operations.

Does any solution for this problems.
In the manufacturing manuals there are some advice about parallel operations in first opertion, but there are not advice about parallel operation in the last operation.
