I haven't been working in Navision lately, but had loaded 4.0 for one of the people in the office to get familiar with. There was an error message indicating I didn't have permission when I opened up the Object Designer and tried to open a report in design view. When I looked at the fin.flf file which was sent it actually displays a Nav 3.60 icon. This seemed odd to me. I would think the new 4.0 icon would display.
Has anyone experienced this?

If the first option you may need to restart/re-log to refresh the icon cache... if the second option is true, it is obvious...

BTW, strange that the icon is still old, if you installed it regulary. and the restart didn't helped?
