Style Sheet Filtering

Do Style Sheets have any filtering capability? I have created a Style Sheet from a list form, how do I just sent one record from the list to the Mail Merge document?

    If you are using the StyleSheetTool that MS provided, you need to use the Card form, not the list form.

    You can attach a style sheet to a list form. If you want to export just one record (or any number of selected records) from the list, apply a filter before clicking on the Work or Excel icon.
