Concurrent Connections to Web Services

If I am using a per user license to access web services, is there a maximum number of concurrent connections for that user at any one time?

Based on FAQ for licensing this was not asked. I'm guessing that if you have a DCO license and that user uses a multi-threaded application that establishes multiple connection to the web service tier, then you should be covered by the license. I can't test it cause MS hasn't released the license. And I can't see it on our dev license.
