Problem with Adj. Cost in 5.1

HI All

I have a very very strange problem and I help any of you can help me.

First about the customer:
Running 5.1 on a naitive server
No customization on the adj. cost batch
Have more than 150000 Item no.

Problem:
When i'm running the adj. cost - the batch stop and tell me the below:

There is no value entry within the filter:

Item no. xx, valuation date:010109..311208

This looks quite "easy" since it's looks like there is something badly wrong with the valuation date.

So now the strange things come IF I run only the 1 ITEM who give me the error then there is no problem at all, and THERE IS value entries as well.

The things as I see is that in T5804 for the Item it have not clicked yes in the booleen for dec. 08 and have also open jan 09. but when I adjust the 1 item it "close" both of them which are correct.
