Dynamics NAV Server Service Running On x64

Hi,
I just wanted to confirm something - is it correct that the new 2009 'Dynamics NAV Server' service which services the Role Tailored Client sessions can only run on a 32bit operating system? Does it require the full OS to be 32bit or can it run on a 64bit OS in '32bit compatibility mode'?
Also - do the same rules apply to the 'Dynamics NAV Business Web Services' service?
