Is it real sorting table without key

For example I have table Tab1 with fields field11 and field12. Key is field11. Can I sort table on field12 without creating key (or modifying primary)?

1) If field12 without TableRelation
2) If field12 with TableRelation Tab2 (may be it enfl)

Serching forum don't show me that "key" is the only way.
