Grouping of fields

How can we group four fields of different datatypes within a Document type form...

    what do you mean with "group 4 fileds"? i don't think your question is clear enough :roll:

    You mean somehow "visually" group the fields? E.g. you can place them into one FastTab...

    First level of groups will add a FastTab - next level will add a bold header and group fields together
