importing images into forms

Hi folks,

I would like to place a picture in a form. That is possible by the tool “images”. But I need to draw an arrow and to save it in a monochrome bitmap file. Does anybody know a simple program in which I can draw the arrow? It`s not possible in MS Paint because the whole page is saved in the .bmp-file. But I do not want to save the whole page. I only want to save the arrow.

    Hi,

    I guess you want to make a bitmap with an arrow and the background to be transparent. It is possible only with gif files or wmf e.t.c.

    If it is a small arrow, you could use the buildin bitmaps of fin.exe, just place an image component and use the Bitmap propery (integer 0 to 44) and look at the 15,16 or 31.

    If that doesn't help, you can download all the arrows you want at altavista/image.
