Hello From Albania! can't pay bills via navission on 2009 !

Hello i have this problem!
I have a navssion 3.6 version and i pay the bills via a form.
After changing year to 2009 i couldn't help my self to resolve this problem i have.
It comes a message error that says!

Posting Date is not within your range of allowed posting dates in Gen. Journal line Journal Template Name= ' INCASSI' , Journal Batch Name= 'PAGBAOLL',Line No.='10000'
I don't know what to do!
I haven't personalize this server.
Real Help Required!

    In the User Setup and the General Ledger Setup there are fields named "Allow Posting From" and "Allow Posting To" which control the allowed posting dates. What dates have you entered in these fields?

    There is a field "Allow Posting To" in the General Ledger Setup as well as in the User Setup. The User Setup overrides the General Ledger Setup Settings. Adjust either this date in the User Setup for the record with your user code or the date in the General Ledger Setup, this will then enable all users to post up to this date.
